No way. Really? I mean, of course I knew it already, but is that really what I think it is?

After 2 losses (both pregnancies of which came super easily), and then 3 months of trying, I couldn't believe I was actually seeing two pink lines! Of course 3 months really isn't that long, but when before it was so easy it seems like forever. I was so excited.
To top it off, it was Father's Day. After the crappy Father's Day weekend we had had, it was the best thing I could do for my amazing husband! :) I came out of the bathroom with a HUGE smile on my face. It just wouldn't go away! Had I not blurted it out, it would have taken him about 2.63 seconds to figure out what I was smiling about!
I wanted to tell the whole world. Of course I knew better, but try sitting in the car with your in-laws for 11 hours, having to pee every 20 minutes, wanting to eat everything in sight, and feeling just a little bit queasy, and not telling them. That's all I wanted to talk about. And apparantly Carl too, because the second we got in the car after dropping them off at home, it was talking about pregnancy.
And because I'm neurotic (and my husband believes I just love peeing on sticks - which my track record does not deny...) I took another test this morning. Those dark pink lines we just so reassuring!

So a phone call to the doctor's office, and I got an appointment this afternoon! The only benefit to my previous losses is this. I get super duper monitoring. I'll know the second those cells split. I am excited, especially because despite my excitement, it still doesn't feel real. Hopefully this afternoon will help that, but I'm not counting on anything til I see that beautiful flutter of a heartbeat again!
We'll see how much I update this. It will be nice to have somewhere to vent everything, but I'm not great about doing so on a regular basis! But here's lots of hopes and prayers that this will be our "sticky baby"!!
