A little early, since I'll be at work tomorrow! I have lots to be thankful for this year - an amazing husband and family, and a healthy baby girl to start things off!! I'm very lucky!!
We've got the furniture we have in the baby's room and I couldn't be more excited!! It's really coming together! Carl and I put the crib together last night, then the chair was in place when I got home tonight! Woo hoo! I love it all! I got one of the bumper pads done yesterday before I broke my iron and had to stop (oops!), so I tied that one on to see how it would look! I love it!

I'm realizing just how small the room is (it looked SO BIG empty!!), but that's alright! I really really want to find a rug and a dresser now, but I can't seem to find either. I think once I find those things, I'll have fun finding little accents to decorate with! No idea what to do with the windows. I REALLY want plantation shutters, but they're pricey for our non-standard window size :(, and plus I'd want some sort of curtains as well I think. Who knows. Maybe one of these days inspiration will just hit me and I'll have a great idea!
Time to relax a little bit. Maybe it's because I'm doing more during the day, but I seem to just crash in the evenings. I don't think I've stayed awake for a tv show in a couple weeks! Oh well... whatever Baby wants, she gets apparantly! ;)
