Holy cow... so I'm not a fan on bare belly pictures on the internet. Ya'll don't need to see my pudge! ;) However, I was blown away by my "bump", and wasn't about to change just for a picture!

Yes... that belly there. Where did it come from? I mean it surely wasn't there a week ago. And yea, it was a little bigger yesterday, but HOLY COW!!! That is a true to life baby bump!! That I noticed 2.5 minutes after Carl left and, before this blog post, would have been 20 seconds before I plopped into bed after an extremely long night shift. (The good long - the kind where I don't have anything else to do, not the bad, busting my tail for 12 hours kind) But I saw that bump, sideways, in the mirror, and *bam*! Crying. So forgive the bad hair, horrible clothes, and general "ehhhh" look. I'm tired and emotional! AND THERE'S A BABY IN MY BELLY!!!
Yea I've known that. I saw my little Spud on ultrasound 6 weeks ago. I listen to it's (her?) heartrate a time or two a week with my el cheapo doppler. But to see that there is something big enough to make my belly pooch out like that. I am overwhelmed. And I had to get it out. I think I'll still cry myself to sleep, but that amazing, I can't believe this is actually happening cry!
